തൃക്കരിപ്പൂർ സ്വദേശിനിയായ കെ.വി വർഷ (25)യുടെ പരാതിയുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലാണ് നടപടി. ഭർത്താവ് തളിപ്പറമ്പ് എൽ.ഐ.സിയിൽ ഹയർ ഗ്രേഡ് ഓഫീസറായ കെ.കെ അർജുൻ, അമ്മ ഇന്ദിര, സഹോദരൻ അഭിജിത്ത്, അച്ഛൻ ഗംഗാധരൻ എന്നിവർക്കെതിരെയാണ് കേസ്.

2025 സെപ്റ്റംബർ 7ന് വിവാഹിതരായതിന് ശേഷം കുറുമാത്തൂരിലെ ഭർതൃവീട്ടിൽ വെച്ച് യുവതിയെ പീഡിപ്പിച്ചെന്നാണ് പരാതി. ഭർത്താവും ഭർതൃമാതാവും സഹോദരനും പിതാവും ചേർന്ന് മാനസികമായും ശാരീരികമായും പീഡിപ്പിച്ചെന്നും 15 പവൻ സ്വർണം കൈക്കലാക്കിയെന്നും പരാതിയിൽ പറയുന്നു.സംഭവത്തിൽ തളിപ്പറമ്പ് പോലീസ് അന്വേഷണം ആരംഭിച്ചു.
